01. Enable your browser's JavaScript
 Windows IE 5.x and above
- Go to Tools | Internet Options from the main menu.
- Change to the Security tab.
- Select Custom Level to go to Security Settings.
- To enable: make sure Enable is selected under Active scripting.
- Restart the browser.

 Mozilla Firefox
- Select Tools.
- Click Options.
- Click Web Features.
- Click Enable Java.
- Click Enable JavaScript.
- Click Reload.

02. Enable your browser's cookies
Windows IE 6.x
- Select Tools.
- Select Internet Options.
- Select the Privacy tab.
- Select Advanced.
- Deselect Override automatic cookie handling checkbox.
- Click on the OK button at the bottom of the screen.
- Restart the browser.

Mozilla Firefox
- Click on Tools.
- Click on the Options item in the menu.
- Click on the Privacy selection in the left part of the window.
- Expand the Cookies section.
- Check the Enable cookies and Accept cookies normally checkboxes.
